To request a classroom for a special event please, completely fill out the following form and press the submit button to e-mail the request to our office.  We  schedule rooms for  UNM Colleges, Departments or UNM Chartered Student Organizations.  For Scheduling and Campus Security purposes, request will be reviewed and/or scheduled in three to four business days notice prior to events, especially for weekend events

All ticketed events must go through UNM Ticketing Services 

NO EXCEPTIONS.
